All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and other supported regions. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier performance and other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Signum Ink cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or unforeseen events.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any products back. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned products have been inspected and approved.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published on signumink.com, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images, videos and design elements, remains the property of Signum Ink unless otherwise stated.
